First matter was to discuss the accounts of 2006.
Mick Bartellet wanted a detaills account of the moneys. The president reply saying there is no members available to do that and himself or Jeff didn't had the time also. Beside the accounts are on the agenda where every week the kyttie is registed, with the players and the prizes as well the memberships.So is a question of looking at it.
The president announced that for 2007 the membership should be paid directly to Filipe, who will controle the 80€ credit for each member, in the restaurant. The discussion follow in to the next matter, what to do with the kittie money's ?? Bob Ball said he didn't feel good about using other people money for is trip, and he thing there should not bee a kittie. Mike Bartllet said also some of is friends didn't want to contribute for the kitti, so he thinks there same towards the kittie.
The president explain the concept was voted on the last two years where they where present and voted, witch was that every member and guest was contribuinting for the organisation of the competitions betewwen 1€ to1,5€ out of the 10€ sweep, witch was reverting for the members trip at the (end/beginning) of each year, according to how many competions each member played.
The destination of that money could be changed if the members voted, but there was some members where happy to received 100€ or 150€ credit from the games they had played during the year. The president sugested a charitie donation could be another option. After everybody given opinions it was decided :
1st- the kittie raised from members and guest remain .
2st- each member are allowed in the end of the year a - porpocional of number of games played - to utilise their share to their own use or to give to the charitie.That also included the Ladies members, as they where not invited for the annual trip.
3st- regarding the 20€ of the subcription, for 2006, there was some money left, and nothing was decided about it. Order some new shirts for the members was a option, and Carlos was to get some quotations.After listen to all opinions, the money left from 2006 plus the money from the subscription of 2007, less the current expenses, will be donated to a charitie . |
